Just following on Hansix' hypothesis.... Except the share price is very low, valuation absurd, so one would expect that somehow Interinvest will be the beneficiary, doubtful they would sell to somebody else at this price without participating themselves in the benefits. Do you think they would sell for a mere 50% premium on the current sp? Why not acquire it themselves? And DW, for all his integrity, would have known this when he agreed to continue on. Acquired? Most likely by the principals themselves. But if they are concerned about the local shareholders (if there are any), and DW is continuing politically largely to keep them happy, and if they sell at such a low price without benefiting the local shareholders, how does this all work?
