How does an offer to buy Tyhee for $100/resource ounce look to you?

Using my estimate of a 2.4M oz resource in the FS, and Hubert's new total of 481.02M shares fully diluted, it looks like a $100/oz offer would result in a share price of about

50 cents.

(I wonder what Tyhee would have sold for when Puplava wanted Dave to sell?)
