The wording of this announcement suggests the change is disruptive. Either DW was forced out or walked out. DW likely cannot say anything until his lawyers let him. The BOD will have to say something once they get approval from their lawyers. Until then they will say nothing regarding DW, as they said nothing in this announcement.

Included with this ominious announcement could be a plan to snap up cheap shares as followers of DW sell. I recommend keeping a close eye on the trades. Beyond that, who knows what the future will bring. It could be worse for us small shareholders without DW. I doubt it will be better.
