I still haven't heard from DW about the going private issue, but I only sent it yesterday, he is likely busy ++, I will let the Board know if and when he replies.-Ike

Don't expect to hear anything from DW on this subject until at least after the financing is concluded.

The very fact that you've heard nothing, so un-Webb, I believe, is his answer to you and anyone else who emailed him on the question of going private. His answer is, for now,

"he can't say".
