All offers to purchase presented to the BOD must be considered. If a "low" offer is presented it could trigger others to make a bid. Due to our low valuation at the present time, we have much upside. Going out 6 months when a favourable FS study is in hand, a "major" may see the attractiveness of a mine in a safe jurisdiction with decent reserves, increased resources and a gold price much higher than today. We will all have an opportunty to vote at that time.
Before another PP, it could be that strong hands holding Tyhee shares (who want to see the mine go into production under current management) are the majority. Interinvest and S&B may only have reached 20% by that time. I am speculating now but there may be 10% of the shares held by this forum.
If the FS comes in with good numbers, a mine will be built. The big questions are: who will be the mine developer and when will it be built.
