Thanks for the reply, Hansix, I appreciate your willingness to discuss. This is an interesting discussion. I see your argument, and as always I hope you are right, I have a lot at stake here.
So correct me if I am mistaken, but your suppositions are that:
1) the "very serious offer" price at which a sale of TDC would happen, given the opening up to the market by the elimination of the SH rights provision, would have to reflect the real value of the company, which as we have discussed in previous posts is around a billion dollars with its current PFS and at current gold prices. We know that the PFS will be supplanted by a new FS with higher reserves and resources in the spring, and will value TDC at a higher price - likely a much higher price. We know the current PFS valuation gives a share price of about $3.30. I recognize that any actual sale price would be much lower, but it would certainly have to be many multiples of the current share price (@ .09 Canadian), possibly $1.00 - $2.50?;
2) you believe the SP is down because of manipulators and raiders, at least some of which were encouraged by the Puplava debacle (when he withdrew interest so precipitously and, I agree with you, in an ethically compromised way), and these raiders have not given up despite the interventions and the bulwark provided by Interinvest. We know they have not given up, because we have seen the share price continue to decline significantly despite the obvious presence and efforts of Interinvest, who now have about 15% of the shares and who are buying up shares at a great rate right now.
3) you (and Baires and Strike) seem to believe that there is at least the possibility of enough financing being in place to carry through to the FS (given the options that Interinvest has which can generate funds or the issue of new shares to cover the short terms costs if the option prices are too high), at which time the share price will begin to recover to reflect the true value of the company and further financing will be easier.
4) So the fight is between Interinvest defending the company, with two very significant, powerful, and deep pocketed individuals (S/B) in the enviable situation of having a drop in the bucket share price, but at the same time spending money like mad to keep the share price up, standing against these unidentified raiders in a competition to see whose pockets are deeper and whose commitment is stronger.
Okay, we shall see. Ike
