With a 10M Oz Gold (M&I) deposit Citigold Corp (ASX:CTO) shares are selling for about SIX CENTS.

Perhaps some of the reasons for this low SP are,

it has more than One Billion shares outstanding, having only 10,000 ounces in recent production, with one of the worst web sites (including at least one typo) I have seen in a while.
