I have nothing to back this up but gut feelings. Particularly, when there is a bit of good news internationally on the gold front, attempts are made by a certain party/parties to discourage holders of the better positioned explorers (e.g. Tyhee) in an effort to compel the holders to disgorge blocks of shares. I understand that with low volume stocks (e.g. Tyhee) this is accomplished rather easily. Presumably, the intent of such party/parties is often to subsequently pick up a substantial amount of shares at ultra bargain prices.

Do my comments make sense, or is this too sophomoric a view?
