Are there any other Tyhee investors on the board with a cost basis of approximately 15 cents?

Mine is slightly more than twice that. So, speaking for myself, I consider him about twice as smart as I. Unless I am a total wipeout as far as judging character, his only "fault" lies in his unbridled enthusiasm for the company. I personally wish for several more million-share investors with whatever similar "faults" they bring along with them.
