Fully agree with most of his thoughts... But IF his timing and predictions is correct, companies like Tyhee which needs major financing done within the next year or so will be hurt badly when the world market takes the hit. Financing won't be easily or at all available. Hopefully DM is working on plans/contingencies for this possiblity today. Either have something in place soon or Tyhee could be put on hold (even several more years beyond the projected Tyhee timeline) to get financing for a mine. Financing should become available again when the junior stocks take off. Thus we may not see a decent payoff for a miner like Tyhee for at least 3-7 years if Nick is correct IMO...
