Harold Seigel sees a 75% chance of Isreal attacking Iran by next year's first quarter (minute 8:41).

He made no mention of gold prices, but predicts $200-$250 oil if Iran blocks the Straits of Hormuz.

High oil prices can't be good for calculating production costs in a FS.
