There is a TV show on these days about a group of guys who try to mine a clain in Alaska, it's called "gold rus". In the first season they sink all their money into it and only just get close to the gold, and winter shuts them down. Second season, they experience a high high and then a heartbreaking low low.
It reminded me of a few things. First, gold is getting into the public consciousness. These guys are unemployed americans, and they put their hopes on gold. Second, Tyhee is way safer than trying to work an old claim that has been worked over may times before. Third, the amount of gold to be found in Tyhee is very large.
And I own a pice of this.
Maybe we need Discovery Channel to chronicle the succesful permiting and construction fo the mine, up to the first few dore bars.
