Combine Crowlee's elegantly descriptive variable timeline chart in his original post on this subject indicating multiple zones closing in on contributing to the FS completion with Rick Rule's comment on KWN:

The increase in value that we are seeing between preliminary economic assessment and bankable feasibility study is really tremendous.

Crowlee, as always, has it nailed.
