36 shareholders (35 plus me) in favor of no offer considered < $2

The numbers fall nicely within kiyakker's vote tally, so I presume we haven't been "invaded" by non-shareholders. (Although I do agree Puzzleman that I did inadvertantly leave the poll open to outside influences, it seems to fortunately not have occurred, at least not en masse).

In the next day or so I will construct an email to DW with these results, including the poll share count to give it a weighting for him and the Board. I will post the body of the email here.
