I get your point. But where does the 60 days come from? Why now? And remember you're talking in excess of a 10 bagger from here no matter what version of NPV you use. Doesn't that seem to be a stretch right now as opposed to where it will be after FS and permits?

Again, it's your timeframe that I think is unrealistic.
