I also note that the conformity check is complete, therefore the DAR was not deficient in any major way. Milestone passed. Ka-Ching. So the INAC letter asking to confirm this is now OBE (Overcome by events). This thing is starting to chug along nicely, with what I consider to be Administrative Momentum.
