My coment about invsting in underpriced real estate was metaphorical, that I am buying Tyhee in the context of her analogy.

As for undervalued, I am selling in overvalued point grey neighborhood in Vancouver, and buying in undervalued forestry community (Port Alberni) on Vancouver Island.

there are lots of undervalued houses on the Island due to the collapse of new home construction in the us, and corresponding unemployment in logging / forestry communities on the island. Vancouver is still hot due to Chinese money.

Come to think of it, if we could get Chinese Canadians to know about Tyhee, we could be on to something....
