CEF is on sale with zero premium. GTU and PHYS have much higher premys because they are all gold and gold is viewed as the crisis metal, silver is "suspect." I'm a big holder of CEF also. Eventually POS will make its move and outperform POG.

IMO manipulation is not the issue today. While algos of hedgies have held down the shares recently, today the shares are viewed more as stocks than safe-havens. Gold has finally advanced to the safe haven status along with the dollar and is not being sold off in current crisis.
