Using Baires' number of say 350 Million shares fully diluted, let's assume we double that in a 49% ownership deal with a junior producer with money, like UXG. It might be worth $200 Million for a mine to McEwen so he can really mine some gold and not mostly silver as now.

So then Tyhee has 700 Million shares. Say the all-in cost (including taxes on profits) is a very conservative $1300 per oz to produce 100K oz per year beginning in a couple of years when POG is $2K (conservative, I hope). When you do the math you get $70 Million profit with 700MM shares or $.10 per share. At a very conservative P/E of 15, that's $1.50 per share (tenbagger from here). At $3K POG, with 30% additional taxes, that same P/E yields $3.00 per share.

Of course, increasing production due to an expanded reserve/resource base would correspondingly increase share price as well. And if there is a gold share mania P/Es of producers will be more like 30, doubling the SPs calculated above.

All this shows how important getting the mine up and running is. Even with an additional 100% dilution!
