Thanks Skeleg. There are other court documents out there about Herzog vs. the HedgeHog (my play on words) but since these matters are (were) in the courts, it is not for us to make judgements. In the case of private investments (or any others for that matter), clients must be aware there are always risks involved and it is a clients duty to do proper due diligence with their investment decisions.

I have researched Mr. Blacks credentials and am quite confident to see him onboard as a Director.
