I was considering voting NO, however my faith in DW is stronger than my suspicion that nefarious activities are in play. So my modest number of shares are voting Yes, but not with great confidence. These new people, including HANSIX, are a shift in who runs Tyhee. That Tyhee has engaged the new mining engineer and doing the Ful Feas, indicates to me that while thew newcomers are getting 25% and effectively control, they are going to build the mine. Shareholders will reap the rewards.
