Woody,

I remmember your comments on this. It has always bothered me that only "sophisticated investors" can get into the private placements. I would certainly be interested and could pony up a few tens of thousands of $ to participate in a Rights Placement.

I bet that at least $300,000 to $500,000 from small investors here could get into such an opportunity.
