Baires - Contrary to the first ten years of the bull market, when the most energetic, exponential rise occurs, it will be in the backdrop of rising long term interest rates. When POG hit 887.50 in 1980 the 30 year was yielding ~14%. Rising rates is the final pillar that is missing now.
