In Interinvest's (Dr. Hans Black, CEO) March 15, 2011 issue of it's Daily Buy-Sell Adviser
it says,

"Good small companies “are getting harder to find,” says the advisory, but it still likes Tyhee Development Corp. (TSX/V-TDC), which has property in the Yellowknife Gold Project. Trading as high as $0.20 in February, it is now at $0.14."

PS. I guess he didn't have to stress the "inexpensive" part of what's difficult to find.
