It's no mystery.... Fantom shares (also known as naked shorts) have been created over time in great numbers thus this is why it's taking so long to resolve IMO. It will be corrected eventually to where we will be able to trade again, but amazingly the crime will be ignored. In fact we will probably never hear what really happened other than the mumble jumble from the DTC etc...
