"Tyhee is budgeting $3 million on additional drilling this year at the gold project, located 90 km north of Yellowknife"

One way to look at this is, at Tyhee's historic $25/ounce gold discovery cost, hypothetically, spending $3M could deliver 120,000 gold ounces. Gold resources, "normally" valued at $100/oz, could be seen to add another $12,000,000 to a "normally" valued Tyhee. And, if these ounces eventually become reserves, their value would be a much greater multiple of the $100/ounce "normal" resource valuation.
