If there is a failure by certain entities to deliver the old shares in exchange for the new because those entities are naked short...then...aren't those entities going to have to go into the market and buy the shares they are short? That should be good for the share price, should it not :) ?
Are any of the pink sheet market makers operating normally at this point or are they all telling the same tale? Maybe we know who the bad egg brokers are now, i.e. the ones who are stalling for time...
