How about the DTCC issuing shares to those who were inconvenienced?

How about this possibly being the result of an absurd number of shares as a result of naked shorting and unresolved "fail to delivers?"

How about the naked shorters and "bashers" issuing shares to those who are inconvenienced?

How about blaming the exchanges or the brokerages..............why do you blame Tyhee?

You are right in one thing; this is beyond ridiculous, but I seriously doubt Tyhee has much, if any, blame here so unless you know something that others don't...kindly knock it off.
