So sounds to me like Tyhee shouldn't even be on the pink sheets. Just an invitation to manipulate the stock in my opinion. Most things are better when kept as simple as possible, especially when, as with Wall Street, you clearly can't trust that your counterparties in a trade are acting in your interests.
