My mistake, TD Ameritrade did suggest ComputerShare is causing a delay, as they wrote me,

"TD Ameritrade has been advised that DTC is currently awaiting for additional documents from the transfer agent (Computershare) to make the new cusip eligible at DTC. Unfortunately, there is no anticipated date as to when this may be completed."
