Dear (Baires),

As of today, DTC is still in the process of determining if the new position

of Tyhee Gold Corp  will be fully eligible at DTC. Again, I will status this

everyday and notifying you if any new  information comes up, via the

message center. Again, once the position is deemed eligible

at DTC, I will notify you of such and that the position will be able 

to be traded in your TD Ameritrade account. If the shares are not

deemed eligible at DTC and are exited to  TD Ameritrade, I will

notify you of that action and when the shares will be able to be traded 

once we receive the physical certificate.
