You make a good point as you call attention to a personal problem I have in appreciating those views of the past that are based solely on belief , tradition and revelation, versus those views of geologists who look to scientific evidence and arrive at different conclusion about pre-history.
Webb is a geologist and does not believe in Creationism, JP is not a geologist and does.
Webb looks at Tyhee's geology wearing his scientists' hat. Clearly, JP's view of Tyhee was different from Webb's. I still don't know why it was, and wondered if JP's view of pre-history might shed some light on his unsupported convictions about TDC.
