I think we are within a year of the permit stage upramp. But we are also below the flat line, due to last PP and one big seller shocking us down to 10 cents. When we hit the '20s again, we will be at that flat line... with the up ramp to start this fall in my view.
THis is the key year, once DAR submitted and we really move into that permit box. Risk goes down, investors come in. Off we go.
