My guess would be a joint venture agreement like the one that happened this
AM between (nem/frg).....Tyhee's current shareholders would get a 30% premium
on there shares from the close of this friday, and the new company that is
involved would buy out a percentage of Tyhee"s outstanding shares at a
predetermined price. This new company that is formed gives them unlimited
capital to advance the project at warp speed into production sooner than
is inticipated.....
