What it comes down to is one key question: "Does the increase in share count substantially increase the value of the company?" The answer is, as Webb and members of this forum have demonstrated on numerous occassions: YES IT DOES"! If you're still not convinced, just take a look at the share counts of Romarco Minerals or Intrepid Mines, to see how their values advanced as their share counts straddle ONE HALF BILLION! You may have noticed that JP never mentions either company, while on the other hand, Interinvest is a champion of, at least one of them. And, now Hans Black has added another to his list of favorites irrespective of its share count: Tyhee Development Corp. Dr. Black sees the obvious value. Now we wait for the market to share his view.
