As most of Tyhee's properties have not been explored, and I'm talking the various horizontal and vertical dimensions, Tyhee just might surprise us with a discovery of the Rarest Earth Elements.

Those most valuable Rare Earth Elements just might be there, as Webb said, they're everywhere, albeit, not necessarily the most valuable kind... so far.

Maybe one day we'll get a pleasant surprise, like the days when Tyhee announced it found possible economic Tungsten and silver.
