I agree that this is the good news that should provide a boost to the share price. In reality we are seeing a capping of the price around $.16 cdn. A normal investor who is betting long would hold for the longer term and not sell. On the other side we are seeing selling by those who ignore this news. No one can tell how many shares will be thrown away at this level. For those who want to add to their holdings, they have an opportunity at $.155 or .16. If the capping is successful over the next few days, the good news will be forgotten and the boost effect will be lost and price languishes.

This is not conducive to a rally.
