Straight talk from a long-time shareholder:

1) Pure conjecture: IMO there has been significant selling this year by one or two major holders. I don't know if it's done, although roboseller has at least been put on pause.

2) We are not done with the USA tax loss selling season for 2010 - it could impact SP.

3) What the recent financing did to the SP had better be embossed on management's brains - partnering is for me a much better approach going forward. Unless they want their stock to go down to a 2010 seven cents equivalent again.

4) Once both forms of selling abates, like after the first of the year, the real test for the SP will occur. I think it needs to show some "ups." Management's fiduciary responsibility is to maximize shareholder value. The only real-time measure of that which is supposed to take future potential into account is stock price, period. Management certainly cannot ignore the stock price going forward as if it is irrelevant until a mine is operating. Nothing personal, but neither should responsible shareholders. Once management appears to be sensitive to this, the stock price will reflect it, IMO.
