I would just like to add (before this gets worn out) that I also welcome a bit of contrarian, or less than favored by the majority, thinking.

What's important is that it is delivered as "constructive criticism" rather than continuously negative posts. I took the bold step of having a banned Member reinstated by Agoracom in another Hub. Although negative comments certainly don't sit well with shareholders, they can sometime provide constructive debate or reflect what is on the minds of others. It is indeed frustrating to be kicked when things are a bit down but often the glass half empty vs. full debate will resolve itself. In the end its about patience....and keeping your eyes on the prize. Short term frustration is what it is.

Long term goals, faith in management and proven resources are what will carry the faithfull to the promised land.
