Dont' forget, Tyhee is not paying a salary for the post formerly occupied by Roger Sylvestre. The post goes unfilled, as not required at this time. Certainly when things get a lot busier, likely next summer, when Tyhee is working on obtaining financing and awaiting the Full Feas, they will need more talent.

But for now, tyhee is saving a lot on compensation.

I agree that DW should be rewarded better once the company takes off.
