Drnols,

Dave, not counting what his wife and family own, had about 1.5 million TDC shares.

You ask, what would it take to sell Tyhee?

Firstly, I don't think Dave would be happy selling Tyhee until 1) well after the company got into production, 2) if the sale price was a bazillion dollars, and 3) the board and the share holders agreed to go along with it in accordance with Tyhee's SRP.

Dave's official salary is about CN $150K/yr. (G. Cummings, Kimber's CEO, makes $200K). I don't recall how much more, if any, Dave might be getting from his consultant's pay.

As for not having a "lot of skin in the game", how about most of Dave's life at Yellowknife? His masters and doctoral work, his dream to build a mine...is that not a lot of skin in the game?

Also, if Dave does succeed, don't you think his salary will increase? He'll even eventually get royalty payments at some point after production commences.

You know, the story's not over. For you to suggest that Webb "has a death grip on trying to get reality to comply with his view of it..." is a bit premature in light of what's scheduled to happen soon.

And, in case you've been out of the loop, what's about to happen is, millions of dollars coming to Tyhee from the PP, drills turning again at Clan, a DAR in the next several months, and the anticipated continued rise in gold prices.

You said you were asking a "serious question". Well here's one for you:

Why don't you sell all your Tyhee shares now before you also go down with the ship?

Cheers,

Baires
