To the best of my knowledge, you are correct in stating, "He [Dave Webb] can not time the News once he has the news in hand he s obligated to release it"

I also believe this is the first post you've made that hasn't suggested some sort of shortfall or impending doom facing Tyhee?

If correct, it's indeed a refreshing, and welcome change. Of course, reasonable, thoughtful posts that alert us to Tyhee's possible decline, are welcome here. Just keep them reasonable and thoughtful. And to that extent, I hope you have read through the many enlightening posts made on this forum over the last year or so. And, that you've also read Agoracom's 6 Rules that will help guide you to what is an acceptable post for this forum.

So, there seems to be, for the time being, a place for you on this forum as I expect more of your reasonable and thoughtful posts. "Good job!", as you North Americans are fond of saying.
