(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
I share Hubert's sentiment posted on his blog, regarding 'stupid' invetors.
That, and the unpleasant series back and forth on the blog today really made me wonder.
Is it true that this forum censors? Absolutely. This is a forum generally aimed at sharing information about Tyhee's progress towards becoming an operating gold mine. Many here share my imperfect guesses as to the ups and downs we'll go through along the way. We are, after all, down in the hold of the ship we trust will take our investment to the riches of the New World. We trust our skipper, Dave Webb, to not sail over the end of the world. Why? Because while we don't know anythying about sailing a ship or about using a compass or taking a star shot, we just believe that the world is not flat or square, so we should not be at risk of sailing over the edge. Many of us believe that the world is round. (That the US printing press / debt spiral is good for gold for man years to come).
So as long as Tyhee keeps sailing in the right direction, and we don't kill ourselves down in the hold, then our investmetns are safe.
But many use this forum to say: the ship will sink, we are all going to die. Abandon ship. Yet they do not abandon ship. Why? Is it so they have a bit more space down in the hold? Is it so they can rob us? Is it because they just can't take the pressure, and have to open their big fat mouths to scare everybody?
So I do not regret that I am one of the enforcers who put a muzzle on those who instill fear and panic in the ranks of us passengers.
Yet I know that when we get near shore, and everybody's spirits are lifted, many of those same panicked idiots who made a stressful voyage that much more difficult, may well be the millers, carpenters, butchers, ditch-diggers, farmers and poets and other we will need to build the new world.
For example, one of the most annoying nay-sayers, Player 13 over on Agoracom, certainly has a lot of knowledge and skills. We may need him to mint our coins, with DW's face on one side and perhaps an image of the mighty ship tyhee on the obverse.
SO I put it to you all that we should encourage everybody to participate in this forum, but to keep the panicking and nay-saying to a minimum. If you really don't like being on this good shipo tyhee, then by all means, sell your shares, get into a rowboat and get yourself on one of the other exploration ships. You seem to know all about it. But if you keep posting here, and on SH, then you are still a Tyhee investor. Perhaps you are short, or currently out, waiting for your comments to cause a lower share price. Or perhaps you just like to spout off anonymsously because of a lack of maturity. I don't know, but that you keep talking about tyhee, you are still an investor. You are in this to make money. Your comments are motivated by that, either overtly (like a pro-tyhee investor like myself), or covertly.
I invite Player 13, eggs, GWTW, curvature, the british guy giving the finger, and any others to return to Agoracom. Some of you are here now anyhow, with new names. In any case, I encourage you to lets us all know you are back.
I just have one condition: come back only when you are a tyhee investor who's interests are best served by share price appreciation. You want to see tyhee succeed, and you believe (now) or have belived for years (as I do and have) that this is an excellent investment, served by a very good management team. Going through years of hardship with the invesment money not flowing into juniors, hampered by our own plans to go into production rather than a flash-in-the-pan play, and with very good prospects for the future.
As hubert posted, when Tyhee is a $10 stock, you can all say how smart you were. And I'll admit, if I knew like Player 12 knew, that tyhee would go down down for a while, I would have been smarter to be out, and then back in again now at these low levels.
But I am a long term investor here, not willing to lock in losses during the hard times. Believing that the share price won't say absurdly low forever, accumulating when I can.
You are all welcome to come back, announce yourselves if you have the courage. But play nice or I'll keel-haul you. The forum would be best served by postering more courtesy and respect across the lines, and we would all benefit from responsible, rational, and honestly motivated discussion.
Besides, bashing (if it happens) must end at some point. Being positive and enjoying the good times is available here for everybody.
Land will be spotted on the horizon, and the nay-sayers will become nice people again.
