SP if PP no GO GO?

Actually, there are probably some shareholders and investors who would love to see the PP cancelled. The effect could be that whoever sold millions of shares at a deep discount because of the PP would now regret that action.
Tyhee can always raise one or two million much more quietly, even doing a non-brokered private placement.
The benefit of not issuing 50 million shares, and giving the DAR submission some more time, could be seen in a positive light. If that's a plan B or C, taking much longer, keeping a tight fist on any remaining cash and perhaps doing some smaller PPs that don't draw so much attention, coudl be a good option. However, I think that the PP will be complete, get us into production sooner and with more ounces per share.
We just can't know until it's all water under the bridge.
