I think it was one of our new Australian, no, BC contributers (RexRex?) who suggested that the markets are " inherently efficient" to best determine stock value, or something like that. Following that pearl of wisdom from down-under, Shizumaru stepped in to point out that, "If markets were inherently efficient all major US banks that received bailout money would be priced at ZERO"
