Here on my South American netbook, I could hear not a word from JP about a Canadian junior gold explorer on his FSN broadcast today.

Unless I missed it, I think JP is probably done publicly bashing Tyhee, perhaps for reasons of self-protection.

Does anyone know if his targeting TDC on previous FSN's shows is legally actionable?
