Itwasthedukes,
Yes, you and I, and many more thought the market would now value Tyhee much higher than it does. It's a major disappointment. But, I'm not as devastated by the share dilution as you seem to be. And, in another post I'll explain why I feel this way, as much of my point of view on dilution is similar to Webb's. So, stay tuned.
But, in the meantime here are two emails from a friend of mine who said I could post them, but wished to remain anonymous. I asked him to listen to the JP/Embry discussion. So the first email he wrote me is from before he tuned into FSN, while the second was written after he heard it.
Before listening to FSN he wrote me,
"Although I have read a few hubs this morning, for the last three hours I have working in my yard. I haven't listened to any programs and for months now have not listened to JPs past the first hour. When I look at JPs record of fortune telling I conclude that he is wrong more than right, never admits to a specific error, only generalizes that he isn't perfect. He has been declaring the end of oil, water and other things for at least 5 years, his own gold explorer Kimber is a dunce. Absent some kind of roundtable discussion with "experts" on something other than oil I will be listening to only the first hour sometime today.
I am not prone to doubting/second guessing myslef and I have seen nothing on the hub but OPINIONS that Webb is a problem. Facts are what is used to form hypothesis and theory, not opinion. Opinions are what the uneducated or unknowable use for facts when operating in areas of their ignorance. It is why I don't participate in those discussions"
After listening to FSN this morning, he wrote me,
"Presuming you have decided that reference was to TDC I have these thoughts. JP is as wrong as most of the posters on this hub. Webb has not changed from his stated purpose. What has happened is that JP like too many others here own entirely too much of this stock and blame Webb because it hasn't made them rich in the time plan they had estimated and they can't sell without slitting their own throat. So, JP like most others have begun forming arguments about why Webb is a problem and know more about what Webb should be doing than Webb does.
(The same thing he did at Kimber before setting them back two years)
If you believe JP, listen a little longer where he and Embry both agree that unimaginable riches will be made in juniors in a not too distant future. It is hard for me to believe that TDC with their two million ounces will be left in the cellar if that forecast came true.
I'm sorry, I just can't get excited about the nay sayers. TDC is just one of about 40 juniors I own, my life is not tied up in this one stock even if I only get my investment back after a couple more years."
Cheers,
Baires
