If ypu are trying to manipulate a stock, seems to me the last person you would discuss it with is the CEO of the company you are trying to manipulate. In any case, why would owners of stock necessarily discuss their plans with anyone else? Only if they are trying to help, but in this case they are trying to do something else, make money some way that is not yet clear. How can the CEO know what people are not willing to say? Ike
