Again I'm guessing, so here goes:

Dr. Leanne Baker is on AEM's board. She's a former Tyhee consultant who knows Webb and the company.

Also, Agnico-Eagle likes CANADA! They started in Quebec, if I'm not mistaken, and they run a mine north of Tyhee called Meadowbank. And, by the way, Meadowbank's production costs are even higher than those estimated in Tyhee's PFS.

So, a company like AEM would better appreciate Tyhee and would probably not ponder such idiotic questions like, "Is Tyhee too remote to be a mine." Or, Will Mexican drug cartels impact the miners security (that is, if they were also considering a buyout or JV south of the border).
