Bill was speaking on the benefits to shareholders when junior management take their properties into production, rather than have them bought out. Puplava, you may recall, was once a strong proponent of Tyhee going all the way into production. His recent "sell Tyhee" stunt [my word] was a surprising, unexpected twist.
